    Eucalyptus · AU - HQ - NSW

    NEWOn-siteFull-time

About Eucalyptus We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We're here to build better long-term care. Eucalyptus is now part of Hims & Hers, the global leader in personalised health and wellness. Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times. Our Growth Story: • Supporting patients living with obesity across our 5 markets • Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS • Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada. About the Role AI now touches almost every conversation we have with patients — consultations, medical support, health coaching, AI assistants, and patient experience support. As we scale, we need one standardised way to answer: are these conversations safe, accurate, and high quality? That’s what you’ll build. You’ll own the development of a standardised evaluations layer across all of our support workstreams — clinical interactions (consultations, medical support), health coach conversations, AI assistant conversations, PX support, and health insights (wellness vs. clinical). You’ll build the services that monitor what is said to our patients and flag risky conversations and insights. You’ll also own how our AI assistants integrate with our in-house patient data models, so every assistant responds with accurate, well-grounded patient context. This is a rare junior role: real ownership of a safety-critical system from day one, with the support of experienced teams around you. You’ll report to the Head of Data and work closely with the ML Engineering, Data Engineering and Data Science teams. What You'll Own • Design and build a standardised evaluation framework covering clinical interactions, health coach conversations, AI assistant conversations, PX support, and health insights • Build and run services that monitor patient-facing conversations and automatically flag risky content for review and escalation • Develop eval datasets, metrics, and thresholds with clinicians, coaches, and support leads — turning “what good looks like” into something measurable • Own the technical integration between our AI assistants and our data models, making patient & business context available to assistants safely, and consistently • Operate your systems in production: monitoring, alerting, and iterating as models and prompts evolve • Own and automate guardrail updates based on internal and patient feedback from interactions with our third-party support tools • Share results with the teams who own each workstream, and help them improve About You • A degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience • Strong Python skills and the fundamentals to build reliable services, not just notebooks • Hands-on experience with LLMs: prompt engineering, and ideally exposure to eval frameworks or LLM-as-judge approaches (coursework, internships, or personal projects all count) • A careful, safety-first mindset — you care about what an AI system says to a real patient, and you sweat the edge cases • Clear communication — you can explain eval results to a clinician as well as an engineer • Comfortable with ambiguity: this layer doesn’t exist yet, and you’ll help define it Nice to have • Experience with eval tooling (e.g. promptfoo, Ragas, LangSmith, or in-house harnesses) • Exposure to healthcare, regulated industries, or other high-stakes AI applications • Familiarity with GCP, SQL, or modern data stacks Why join Eucalyptus? Euc is also behind a growing family of digital healthcare clinics (Pilot, Kin, Software, Compound) across men’s health and well-being, fertility, skincare, and preventative health. Here’s what makes joining Euc unique: • What’s next - Our goal for the next three years is to support 1 million patients globally to live better for longer. We’re launching into new conditions, demographics, and geographies as we build a truly preventive healthcare ecosystem. • Build something world-changing - We’re on the path to becoming the world’s largest international digital healthcare company. It will be challenging, fast-paced, and deeply rewarding. • Make real impact - You will deliver work that directly shapes patient outcomes and scales evidence-based care across markets. • Accelerate your growth - You will have high ownership, continuous feedback, and dedicated development support. • Join a motivated team - You will collaborate with talented peers to solve complex clinical and operational problems at scale. What’s ahead in Australia? • Grow with us globally - Get mentorship from leaders across Australia, the UK, Germany, and Japan, collaborate with teams in the Philippines and South Africa, and explore new markets or travel internationally. ****Recognised on Hatch’s Hotlist as one of Australia’s top employers, we support early-career professionals to become future global leaders. • Shape your career - Access learning budgets, conferences, certifications, peer shadowing, and a global knowledge-sharing culture. • Work where well-being matters - Experience catered wellness talks, exercise classes, whoops to track your wellbeing, free barista coffees, funded social clubs, and quarterly rooftop parties. • Innovate with purpose - Use state-of-the-art tools and contribute to bold, impactful solutions in healthcare. • Support at every stage - Benefit from parental and miscarriage leave, to health, professional development, and personal days, and our Employee Assistance Program. At Eucalyptus, we value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we embrace the unique qualities each person brings. When you apply, please let us know of any reasonable adjustments you may need during the interview process. LEARN MORE ABOUT YOUR TEAM Engineering at Airwallex is for people who want to define a category, not maintain one. We're reimagining how businesses interact with finance from the ground up, AI- and agent-native by default, think agent wallets, agentic bookkeepers, and spend-management autopilots, with APIs designed for agents as first-class users. The hard part is trust: building agent-native systems precise enough to move real money autonomously, on top of a decade of real infrastructure. This is a team for engineers who'd rather own an unsolved problem than inherit a mature one. If you want frontier problems, teammates who raise your standards, and a genuine clean slate on world-class infrastructure, this is the place to build it. #Singapore APPLICANT SAFETY POLICY: FRAUD AND THIRD-PARTY RECRUITERS To protect you from recruitment scams, please be aware that Airwallex will not ask for bank details, sensitive ID numbers (i.e. passport), or any form of payment during the application or interview process. • Lead Engineer - Salesforce

Xero · AU: Melbourne: (260 Burwood Rd)

    NEWHybridFull-time

The role and its impact Xero's Salesforce platform powers our go-to-market solutions and increasingly serves as the core infrastructure for our agents. You'll own the technical direction for how our platform is secured, released and operated, spending roughly half your time in hands-on engineering work: code, code reviews, design reviews, incident response and proofs of concept. Your impact is measured in leverage. Today the platform runs 99.95% uptime, 100% path-to-production compliance, zero Sev 1 and Sev 2 incidents, and 150–200 deployments monthly. You'll maintain that bar whilst scaling significantly. This role lets you Go Bold by challenging how the platform is built, Go Fast by removing friction to production, Go Further by building things that last, and Go Together by lifting capability across every pod that depends on you. The team and how they connect The Platform team sits inside Customer Platforms, the engineering group behind Xero's go-to-market and customer experience technology. You'll work closely with engineering leaders across Security, Data, AI and with teams across Australia, New Zealand and offshore partners. The role will focus on Platform security posture. Access control, Connected Apps governance, vulnerability identification and remediation. You set standards and make secure the default. CI/CD and release engineering. Our deployment pipeline and release programmes. You champion automation and make shipping safe and fast for every engineer building on the platform. Platform observability and operational health. You grow observability, manage org limits, prevent customer-facing issues, lead incident response, and help shape how support shifts into our internal service model. The agent path-to-production. You'll build the route for agentic changes from idea to production safely: evaluation baselines, observability, an agent registry, and shared standards. This is a new area with no established playbook. Data governance and compliance. Partner with Data and Legal on GDPR deletion, retention, archival and data handling standards. Maintain and grow the D360 pipeline. Technical direction and enablement. Shape the platform's technical roadmap, partner with Product on technical investment ROI, contribute to Xero's engineering standards through RFCs and design docs, and identify capabilities your delivery teams need. Where and how you can work Based in Melbourne; we encourage one day a week in the office to stay connected with your peers. The pods you support are distributed across Australia, New Zealand and offshore, so you're comfortable building trust and driving alignment asynchronously and in writing. Here are some of the things we are looking for - Technical leadership delivering and operating Salesforce at enterprise scale, with a platform engineering mindset - Depth and breadth as a Salesforce developer, hands-on across code, reviews and production work - Ownership of CI/CD pipelines and release engineering across major release cycles; GitHub, SFDX and test automation experience - Proven track record owning security posture on platforms other teams depend on - Experience leading incident response and turning post-incident reviews into lasting changes - The ability to make code and design decisions across multiple teams, and to lead architecture discussions that reach a decision - Strong written technical communication—RFCs, design docs and post-incident reviews to create alignment through persuasion, not authority - Fluent use of AI tooling in your own engineering, evolving your practice as tools change - Coaching ability with senior engineers; a force multiplier through code review standards and practices you set - Partnership with Product—turning business goals into technical plans and pushing back on unclear scope Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

  • Senior Engineer - AI Agentic

Xero · AU: Melbourne: (260 Burwood Rd)

    NEWHybridFull-time

JOB ADVERT Senior Software Engineer, AI Enablement The role & impact You'll join a small team that builds the tools, platforms and best practices helping engineers across Xero work with AI. Rather than shipping something once and moving on, you'll own it end to end from early experimentation through to production, including the run books, monitoring and rollback thinking that keep it reliable once real engineers depend on it day to day. This is a role with real influence. You'll help shape the technical direction of an internal skills marketplace and AI distribution platform used across the wider engineering organisation, work directly with vendors like AWS, Microsoft and GitHub on technology that isn't public yet, and help guide and challenge a team that's still early in its AI journey. The team & how they connect The AI Enablement team sits within Engineering Experience and focuses on helping product engineering teams work faster and better with AI through platforms, tooling and practical guidance rather than just standard tooling. It's a close-knit team, spread across Melbourne, Sydney and the Sunshine Coast, with a product manager based in Wellington, who stay connected through regular syncs and a genuinely collaborative way of working despite the distance. Initially, you will focus on - Our current stack is C#, .NET and AWS, with Python and TypeScript picked up along the way for AI tooling - Building an internal skills marketplace and a distribution platform for AI tools used across Xero's engineering org - Developing guidance and best practice for authoring agent skills, including agents for remediation tasks - Collaborating directly with AWS, Microsoft and GitHub on early-access technology not yet available in market Where and how you can work You can be based anywhere in Australia, and we're also open to candidates based in New Zealand. The team works in a hybrid way and is used to connecting across time zones, with regular in person boost days to come together, plan and collaborate as a team. Here are some of the things we're looking for, for this role - You bring hands-on software engineering experience, ideally with C#, .NET and AWS — if your background is elsewhere, we're still keen to talk, as good engineers pick up new stacks quickly - You've built internal tools or platforms that other engineers genuinely relied on - Production discipline matters to you: You write runbooks, set up monitoring and think through rollback before anything goes live - You communicate clearly and know how to bring people along with an idea, not just ship code quietly in the background - You're curious about coding agents and AI-native tools, and you keep an eye on where AI engineering is heading - You can challenge a decision directly and respectfully, and you learn new things in a structured, quality-focused way Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

You take pride in your work and its successful utilisation, stability, extendability and maintainability. Strong signals: • Experience at startups or founding teams - comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration • Postgraduate degree (Masters or PhD) in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related quantitative field • Evidence of taking cutting-edge (relevant) techniques from paper to production • Experience with evaluation/benchmarking frameworks for AI systems • Experience implementing GraphRAG or Knowledge Graphs (e.g., Neo4j, Neptune) • Evidence of taking relevant, recent techniques from paper to production Bonus: • Familiarity with people analytics, HR tech, or behavioural science applications • Open source contributions or public technical writing Why join us You'll work at scale on hard problems that matter - building AI that helps organisations develop their people, improve feedback culture, and foster the conditions for sustainable high performance. • Procurement Lead

About the role (What you'll be doing) We're looking for a Procurement Lead to own sourcing, supplier, and category strategy across Eucalyptus AU's product categories as the business scales and integrates the Hims and Hers portfolio into the Australian market. This is a senior individual contributor role: you are the category strategist for procurement, not just executing tenders, but designing the category strategy, running supplier performance, and partnering with Commercial and Clinical to bring new product lines to market. The role reports to the Head of Supply Chain and works closely with the Warehouse and Inventory Manager, the Fulfilment function, Legal and Compliance, and the Commercial team. Commercial strategy is set by the Commercial team; this role builds an aligned category strategy on top of it. You'll also get an initial, lightweight S&OP cadence going, laying the groundwork for a dedicated planning hire in future rather than permanently owning that function. As our Procurement Lead, you will: • Build the category strategy in partnership with Commercial: translate the commercial strategy into an aligned sourcing and negotiation strategy across Eucalyptus AU's product categories, defining the negotiation levers that secure competitive landed costs and leveraging Hims and Hers' global supplier relationships for Australian requirements. • Kick-start the S&OP process: stand up an initial, lightweight sales and operations planning cadence anchored on supplier performance and cost/margin tracking, use the demand and supply signals this generates to sharpen supplier negotiations, and progressively bring in inventory and other planning inputs as the team grows, laying the groundwork for a dedicated planning function in future. • Own supplier performance and quarterly business reviews: run structured QBRs with strategic suppliers, set and track performance scorecards across quality, service, cost, and lead-time, and lead formal performance improvement plans where suppliers fall short. • Partner with Commercial and Clinical on new product lines: own the procurement and supply side of bringing new categories to market, including TGA/ARTG registration readiness, supplier onboarding, and launch stock planning. • Design the supply-risk framework and own COGS: build the framework for identifying and mitigating supply risk across categories and maintain a current, SKU-level view of landed cost, proactively identifying opportunities to protect margin as the portfolio grows. • Design the contract and compliance framework with Legal: establish contracting standards and templates in partnership with Legal and Compliance, and ensure all products meet Australian labelling and ARTG-compliant requirements, with import duties, customs, and biosecurity obligations managed for inbound product. • Coach the team: as the senior IC in procurement, coach more junior team members, practise radical candour, and set the quality standard for how the function sources and contracts. About you (Who you are) • 6+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally within FMCG, pharma, healthcare, or another regulated consumer-goods environment, with a track record of owning a category end-to-end. • A proven commercial negotiator who has designed and delivered category strategies and measurable savings, not just run tenders under a defined process. • Experienced in running supplier QBRs and leading structured performance improvement, with a partnership approach to key suppliers. • Working knowledge of Australian import, labelling, and regulatory requirements; TGA/ARTG familiarity is highly desirable. • Comfortable designing frameworks (supply-risk, contracting standards, sourcing strategy) in partnership with Legal and Compliance, rather than only operating within frameworks others have set. • A self-starter and strong cross-functional partner, able to translate commercial strategy into an aligned category plan and stand up an S&OP cadence from scratch. • Analytical and fluent with cost and margin data; ERP and procurement system experience is advantageous. • A natural coach who raises the quality bar for those around them and models inclusion. • Resilient and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-scaling, post-acquisition environment as the product portfolio and supplier base evolve. Why join Eucalyptus? Euc is also behind a growing family of digital healthcare clinics (Pilot, Kin, Software, Compound) across men’s health and well-being, fertility, skincare, and preventative health. • Associate, Office of the CEO

About the role The Office of the CEO is the small team that exists to provide leverage to the CEO and leadership team, in whatever form that may take. Part analyst, part operator, part writer: an apprenticeship in how a 10-figure P&L division is actually run, sitting closer to the CEO and the core decisions than almost anyone at your level, anywhere. You’ll report to the CEO’s Chief of Staff to combine problem-solving with hands-on execution, working proactively with Growth, Product, Legal, Finance, and other areas of the business to turn strategy into reality. The best CEO offices in the world do five things: run the leadership team's operating rhythm, speed decisions up, produce analysis that everyone trusts, take on the problems that don't have a home yet, and produce people who go on to run things. Some examples of what this involves: • Produce the operating weekly view of the business that executives in the U.S., Europe and Australia run the company off - revenue, marketing spend and cohort economics across every market reconciled with the finance function of a listed company. You'll know where every figure comes from and defend any of them. • Help run the operating rhythm of the leadership team - the weekly business review, the executive leadership meeting, the monthly global all-hands, the quarterly offsites (the last two: London and New York). Agendas, packs, pre-reads, follow-ups. • Help build the analysis behind the biggest calls we make - group financial forecasts in conjunction with FP&A, repricing models with cohort analyses, stage-gate financial plans, a competitor's launch sized from external data, competitor tracking across different growth channels. • Write the words the company runs on - the all-hands narrative, the notes flying between Sydney and New York, the write-up when something big changes. Synthesis is the job: compressing complicated materials into things multiple different groups (leaders, all staff, new joiners) can absorb in one pass. • Take the problems that have no home - leading the change of rituals that the leadership partake in, rebuilding the system and execution of our Global Growth teams, integration workstreams, equity and payment models arising from the transaction with Hims & Hers where the tolerance for error is zero. They land in this team first. You run them until they're solved or until they've become someone's full-time job. Pitch your own mandate. The surface area is the whole company. Market and competitor intelligence. Deep dives on companies and new verticals nobody has had time for. New market and category scans. A pricing engine. AI tooling for how the executive team works. A faster way for our global teams to see the same numbers, different capital allocation rituals. You’ll be encouraged to run projects you pitch. One thing to know before you apply: This is an intense role working with an intense set of stakeholders who are committed to winning. We also span several time zones: Sydney, London, New York, and California. Some calls land at ~7 AM in Australia while some finish at 11 PM. The trade is responsibility years ahead of your experience, and a rate of learning we think you’ll find incredibly rewarding. Why should you join Eucalyptus now? The most rewarding careers come from being in the right place at the right time: The Facebook growth team in 2008, Uber while it was still in a few cities, Airbnb before the sharing economy. The pattern behind them is remarkably consistent: a truly global market, proven product-market fit, tailwinds driving double-digit monthly growth, and bottlenecks that are commercial rather than technical. The hard part is timing: after the model is proven but before the market has priced the upside. That's where we believe preventative healthcare is right now. GLP-1s are the defining pharmaceutical innovation of our generation, and they've created an addressable market of more than 30% of the population of every country on earth. We're growing >10% month on month in markets that are less than 5% penetrated, and we've watched markets go from launch to nine figures of ARR in under six months. In this role, you’ll be privy to the capital allocation decisions and have exposure to some of the best D2C operators in the world in a truly global category. About You (Who We're Looking For) Skills and experience • You have 2-3 years of experience working in a high-pressure environment such as consulting (MBB preferred), investment banking, or as an operator in a recent high-growth startup. We're open to other backgrounds, but we operate at the intensity of these types of organisations and are uncompromising on our expectations. • Judgement under ambiguity: You can research a market or topic independently, work out what the unit economics depend on and the WYNTB (‘what you’d need to believe’), as well as landing on a clear, structured go/no-go point of view. • Communication and sharp writing: You write tight theses and clear slide decks. A one-pager an executive can act on without needing a meeting; a tight, coherent thesis; a clean deck. Synthesis is the job. • Commercial & financial modelling: You can build a commercial model from scratch, make your assumptions explicit, and defend them across market sizing, unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback), and deal structures. • AI & Data: You're comfortable getting your own answers from data and know how to make AI work for you. You're genuinely strong with Claude, not just prompting it for first drafts, but using it to automate access to information, stress-test arguments, and build repeatable workflows. You see it as leverage on your thinking, never a replacement for it. The ability to self-serve using Sigma will also be highly valued. • Project management: You've run complex cross-functional workstreams with real accountability on tight deadlines. • Founder mindset: You operate like a founder and enjoy the hustle of getting things done. You are an example of resilience and ownership - when something breaks, you fix it; you don't wait for others. You want to run something eventually and treat this as the apprenticeship for it. Behaviours & Attitudes • You act like an owner and lead with humility. • You’re incredibly curious and enjoy stress testing your thinking and conclusions. • You are low ego and highly coachable. • You're resilient, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities. • You move fast and can manage yourself to a high standard. What’s ahead in Australia? • Grow with us globally - Get mentorship from leaders across Australia, the UK, Germany, and Japan, collaborate with teams in the Philippines and South Africa, and explore new markets or travel internationally. Recognised on Hatch’s Hotlist as one of Australia’s top employers, we support early-career professionals to become future global leaders. • Shape your career - Access learning budgets, conferences, certifications, peer shadowing, and a global knowledge-sharing culture. • Work where well-being matters - Experience catered wellness talks, exercise classes, free barista coffees, funded social clubs, and quarterly rooftop parties. • Innovate with purpose - Use state-of-the-art tools and contribute to bold, impactful solutions in healthcare. • Support at every stage - Benefit from parental and miscarriage leave, health, professional development, and personal days, and our Employee Assistance Program.
