Xero · AU: Melbourne: (260 Burwood Rd)

    NEWHybridFull-time

The role and its impact This role is open at Applied Scientist or Senior Applied Scientist level, and we'll assess your experience and demonstrated capability through the process to find the right fit. You'll turn tough, ambiguous problems into elegant, data-driven products and services, moving between experimental design, prototyping, evaluation and more rigorous implementation depending on what the problem calls for. Some days that means a simple heuristic, others a traditional ML model, and others the latest in LLMs, and part of the job is judging which is genuinely right for the problem in front of you. Working closely with cross-functional peers and holding coding standards high, your work will help ideas move smoothly from theory into real-world deployment. You'll also help lift scientific capability across Xero, contributing to a culture of intellectual rigour, healthy scepticism and mutual respect, Going Further by making evidence-based thinking part of how Xero builds. The team balances business priorities with research demands to solve tangible customer problems, and works together to match each one to the right approach rather than reaching for complexity by default. The team is currently working on - Solving real business problems through experiment-based science, from framing the question through to rigorous implementation - Choosing the right approach for each problem, whether that's a heuristic, a traditional ML model, or an LLM-based solution - Writing testable, maintainable, reusable code in Python, building robust data pipelines alongside engineering peers - Applying techniques such as NLP and computer vision to genuine product challenges at Xero's scale Where and how you can work Xero offers a flexible hybrid working model designed to blend the collaboration of office life with the autonomy of remote work. You will have access to our modern office spaces, with expectations around office days and collaborative 'boost days' aligned to help your team connect and ship great code effectively. Here are some of the things we're looking for, for this role - Scientific curiosity sits alongside solid software engineering fundamentals, so you can write code that's testable, maintainable and built to last. - Probability, linear algebra and calculus aren't just theory to you, they're tools you reach for when applying machine learning to real product problems. - You've genuinely applied techniques like NLP or computer vision to live product challenges, not just studied them. - Data wrangling and pipeline work are familiar ground, and you know what good evaluation, measurement and experimentation look like in practice. - Faced with a loosely defined business problem, you can shape it into a clear research direction, working closely with product, design and engineering partners along the way. - You hold yourself to high standards of integrity and ownership, and you pair confidence in your work with a healthy dose of scepticism about it. Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

  • Chief People Officer

    Culture Amp · Sydney

    NEWOn-siteFull-time

We’re big believers in the power of IRL, so for most roles we ask Campers to work from their local Culture Amp office an average of 2 days a week to unlock connection, pace and culture together. Join us on our mission to make a better world of work. Culture Amp is the world’s leading employee experience platform, revolutionizing how 25 million employees across more than 6,000 companies create a better world of work. Culture Amp empowers companies of all sizes and industries to transform employee engagement, drive performance management, and develop high-performing teams. Powered by people science and the most comprehensive employee dataset in the world, the most innovative companies including Canva, On, Asana, Dolby, McDonalds and Nasdaq depend on Culture Amp every day. Culture Amp is backed by leading venture capital funds and has offices in the US, UK, Germany and Australia. Culture Amp has been recognized as one of the world’s top private cloud companies by Forbes and most innovative companies by Fast Company. For more information visit cultureamp.com. Why this role, and why now Our Chief People Officer is moving on after three and a half years. They leave behind a People Experience function that works well: predictable delivery, a capable team, a high bar on senior hiring, and a seat at the table that has been earned and respected. If you want a CPO role where the function is broken and the mandate is to fix it, this isn't it. If you want one where the function is strong and the question is what a leader can do with that platform, keep reading. The uncomfortable and energising fact about working here: our customers are HR leaders. What we do internally isn’t separate from what we sell. Our own practices are watched, asked about, and sometimes bought. It’s an incredible opportunity to innovate and create the future of work. We anticipate there may be interest from current and former customers, and we welcome it! Two things worth being upfront about; applications are visible only to our Talent Acquisition and hiring teams, never to our customer-facing teams. And, being a customer earns you no advantage and no disadvantage. We'll run the same process, set the same bar, and have the same people assessing you. What you'll own The role has several dimensions. They are listed in order of weight, and we mean the order. Run People Experience (PX) well This is a critical part of the job and the thing that has to be true before anything else matters. You'll own a strong and coherent function that delivers its cycles well and on time: performance, engagement, compensation, talent acquisition, capability, compliance across four countries. No surprises to the Exec. No escalations arriving at the CEO's desk that should have been resolved two levels down. The bar we're setting: your deputies own outcomes, not tasks. Executives go to them directly and get good answers. You design the org ahead of the strategy rather than in response to it, so that when the business changes direction the structure is already close to right. Your team respects you, and your senior hires raise the average. You'll be a trusted sounding board to Caroline and the Exec on structure, senior hires, compensation and the calls that don't have clean answers. Be credible in the market and with customers Our customers are your peers. That is a commercial asset, and we want you to use it. You'll speak at our global events and in the market, join customer conversations, and support Sales and Customer Experience in rooms where a practitioner's view might land differently to a vendor's. Over time we'd like Sales to be asking for you by name and customers backchannelling you for advice on their own problems. To be clear about the bar: we are not hiring a keynote speaker. You don’t need to be a world-class presenter, and polish is not what we're screening for. You need to be reliably credible on a stage and in a room, with a point of view that is specific to you rather than interchangeable with any other HR leader's. Substance over performance. Lead on AI, personally The incumbent Chief People Officer leads AI internally; both the technology itself, and the ways of working that are actively being shaped across that. Sponsoring AI in name while delegating the substance won't work here. We need someone personally fluent: using these tools in their own work, building things, forming first-hand views. You'll set governance across multiple functions, that enables rather than blocks, and drive genuine adoption and behaviour change across a company with strong AI curiosity. Done well, Culture Amp's own AI transformation becomes something we can talk about externally, and you're one of the people who can talk about it. Influence the product You’ll be leading our internal efforts as Customer Zero: where we are our own first and (sometimes toughest) customer. You'll run Culture Amp on Culture Amp and give R&D feedback that's worth their time. At its best, your practitioner insight shapes product bets rather than joining the queue of stakeholder requests, and the way we use our own product internally generates narratives and proof points that Sales can use. What we're looking for: • You've led a people function at scale in a global, multi-country business, ideally through a period of significant change. • You build teams strong enough to make you unnecessary in the operational detail, and you've done it before rather than intending to. • You have judgement about organisations that people seek out: structure, senior talent, when to intervene and when not to. • You're willing to say unpopular things to powerful people early, and you've got the track record to prove it isn't just a line in an interview. • You're personally very capable with AI. You use it in your own work, you've built things with it, and you've set governance that enabled adoption rather than slowed it, including across functions you don't own. • You have a view about the future of work that is yours, and you can credibly defend it in front of an audience of HR leaders. • You're willing to be deployed commercially: joining customer calls, taking the hard practitioner questions Sales can't answer, and speaking at our events. Experience doing this already is a plus, but the appetite matters more. Over time we'd want Sales asking for you by name. • You want to work somewhere your internal practice is externally visible, and you find that motivating rather than exposing. • You've ideally worked in tech or SaaS, which helps with the pace and with the R&D relationship. If you haven't, we're still interested. We care more about whether you've operated at this scale and complexity than the industry you did it in. Perks & Benefits At Culture Amp, our people are at the heart of our success. We offer competitive pay and a total rewards package designed to support you at work and in life. This includes: • Equity through our Employee Share Option Program, so you can share in our long-term success • Learning programs and coaching to help you thrive and grow • Quarterly refresh days, an extended end-of-year break and a monthly allowance to support your wellbeing and lifestyle • Inclusive parental leave from day one • A MacBook and budget to set up your home workspace, enabling flexibility • Five annual social impact days to to give back to causes that matter to you • Medical insurance coverage for you and your family (Available for US & UK only) Our rewards are designed to support different needs and life stages, recognising that what matters most can vary from person to person. Research shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds may hesitate to apply if they don’t meet every requirement, but your unique experience matters. If you’re interested in joining us, we strongly encourage you to apply and help us build a more diverse and impactful team. • Growth Marketing Manager

    Eucalyptus · AU - HQ - NSW

    NEWOn-siteFull-time

About Eucalyptus We're on a mission to make good health last a lifetime. More than 1 billion people live with obesity worldwide, driving preventable chronic conditions. We're here to build better long-term care. Eucalyptus is now part of Hims & Hers, the global leader in personalised health and wellness. Euc is the company behind Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs combining GLP-1 medication with personalised nutrition, movement support, and clinician-led care from prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists, and dietitians. Our published clinical research shows that our combined clinical and behavioural approach helps patients lose significantly more weight during their treatment with Juniper by four times. Our Growth Story: • Supporting patients living with obesity across our 5 markets • Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS • Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada. About the role We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who thinks about patient acquisition the way a GM thinks about a business. You'll own Hers' growth marketing strategy — from channel investment and budget allocation through to the customer insights and creative ideas that drive it. This isn't a campaign execution role. You'll be setting the strategic direction: understanding who our patients are and why they come to Hers, turning that insight into high-performing creative and messaging, and making smart commercial trade-offs to grow efficiently. You'll work cross-functionally with creative, clinical, analytics, and product teams across Sydney and the UK. What you'll do • Own Hers' patient acquisition strategy end-to-end — from channel mix and budget allocation through to the messaging hypotheses that drive it • Use customer research, patient insight, and performance data to build strategies that attract the right patients at the right cost • Balance CAC and LTV trade-offs — understanding the difference between patients who stay engaged in their treatment and those who don't, and using that to inform acquisition decisions • Build and maintain a rigorous test-and-learn framework across channels, creative formats, and audience segments • Partner closely with our creative team to develop concepts grounded in real patient insight — you understand why creative works, not just whether it does • Identify the highest-leverage opportunities across paid channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok) and funnel experience • Work cross-functionally with analytics, product, and clinical to make sure growth is connected to the full patient experience • Communicate a clear, evidence-based point of view on performance and strategy to senior stakeholders About you • 5+ years in growth or performance marketing, with genuine ownership of commercial acquisition outcomes • You've built a growth strategy from scratch — you know what to prioritise and why, not just how to execute what you're given • Comfortable moving between qualitative customer insight and quantitative performance data to form a clear strategic view • Strong understanding of creative as a commercial lever — you can brief it, evaluate it, and iterate in partnership with a creative team • Commercial instinct: you understand CAC/LTV dynamics and can make budget investment decisions with confidence • Hands-on experience across paid channels — but you lead with strategy and insight, not platform mechanics • Strong communicator and natural cross-functional partner — you influence product, analytics, creative, and clinical without needing direct authority • Thrives setting their own agenda in a fast-moving environment Why join Eucalyptus? Euc is also behind a growing family of digital healthcare clinics (Pilot, Kin, Software, Compound) across men’s health and well-being, fertility, skincare, and preventative health. Here’s what makes joining Euc unique: • What’s next - Our goal for the next three years is to support 1 million patients globally to live better for longer. We’re launching into new conditions, demographics, and geographies as we build a truly preventive healthcare ecosystem. • Build something world-changing - We’re on the path to becoming the world’s largest international digital healthcare company. It will be challenging, fast-paced, and deeply rewarding. • Make real impact - You will deliver work that directly shapes patient outcomes and scales evidence-based care across markets. • Accelerate your growth - You will have high ownership, continuous feedback, and dedicated development support. • Join a motivated team - You will collaborate with talented peers to solve complex clinical and operational problems at scale. What’s ahead in Australia? • Grow with us globally - Get mentorship from leaders across Australia, the UK, Germany, and Japan, collaborate with teams in the Philippines and South Africa, and explore new markets or travel internationally. ****Recognised on Hatch’s Hotlist as one of Australia’s top employers, we support early-career professionals to become future global leaders. • Shape your career - Access learning budgets, conferences, certifications, peer shadowing, and a global knowledge-sharing culture. • Work where well-being matters - Experience catered wellness talks, exercise classes, free barista coffees, funded social clubs, and quarterly rooftop parties. • Innovate with purpose - Use state-of-the-art tools and contribute to bold, impactful solutions in healthcare. • Support at every stage - Benefit from parental and miscarriage leave, health, professional development, and personal days, and our Employee Assistance Program. At Eucalyptus, we value individuals from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, and we embrace the unique qualities each person brings. When you apply, please let us know of any reasonable adjustments you may need during the interview process. We use AI-assisted tools across our business to help our teams work more efficiently, including within our recruitment process. These tools support our team — all hiring decisions are made by real people, and every application is reviewed by a member of our recruitment team.

  • CRO Manager

About the role We're looking for a CRO Manager to own and improve one of the most important journeys at Juniper: how prospective patients move from their first visit to our website through to starting treatment. Juniper has a complex, considered customer journey. Prospective patients need to understand our program, decide whether it's right for them, complete a health assessment and ultimately make a meaningful healthcare decision. You'll combine data, experimentation and a deep understanding of customer behaviour to make that journey simpler, clearer and more effective. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role within our Product Growth team. You'll own conversion across our digital funnel, identify where and why prospective patients drop out, and turn those insights into experiments that materially improve performance. You'll work closely with Design, Copy, Engineering, and Analytics to turn opportunities into shipped experiments. As Juniper expands into new products and patient needs, you'll also help build and optimise the new conversion journeys that support that growth. What you'll be doing • Own conversion across the funnel. Take accountability for performance from landing page through to quiz, assessment and order, identifying the biggest conversion leaks and opportunities for improvement. • Build and run our experimentation roadmap. Translate customer behaviour and funnel data into clear hypotheses, prioritise opportunities based on expected impact, and run a structured experimentation cadence. • Get close to the data. Diagnose where customers are dropping out, quantify opportunities, and work with Analytics to ensure the right tracking, measurement, and attribution are in place. • Design rigorous experiments. Own A/B and multivariate testing from hypothesis through to execution, analysis and decision-making. • Turn experiments into decisions. Clearly articulate what worked, what didn't and why, using results to determine what we ship, iterate or stop. • Understand the customer behind the numbers. Combine quantitative data with customer insight to understand intent, friction, trust and the reasons people hesitate or abandon their journey. • Lead conversion-focused creative execution. Partner closely with Copy and Design to turn hypotheses into messaging, UX and customer experiences that improve conversion. • Partner with Engineering and Product. Take opportunities from diagnosis through to implementation rather than stopping at recommendations. • Connect acquisition and conversion. Work closely with Growth to ensure the experience customers land on reflects the intent and messaging that brought them there. • Build new conversion journeys. As Juniper expands its product ecosystem, help create and optimise funnels for new products and patient needs. • Raise our CRO capability. Establish strong practices around prioritisation, experiment design, measurement and learning so we continuously get better at understanding what drives growth. About you We're looking for someone who has genuinely owned conversion problems, not simply supported a CRO program. You'll need to have: • 5+ years of experience across CRO, experimentation, digital optimisation, product growth, or a similarly quantitative digital role. • A track record of owning and improving digital conversion funnels, with clear examples of measurable commercial impact. • Strong hands-on experience designing and running A/B and multivariate experiments. • Strong analytical instincts. You can interrogate funnel performance, identify drop-offs, size opportunities, and translate data into hypotheses. • Experience working with Analytics or Data teams to build robust measurement and attribution frameworks. • Strong customer judgement and an understanding of how UX, messaging, friction and behavioural psychology influence conversion. • Experience working closely with Design, Copy, Engineering and Product to turn hypotheses into shipped experiences. • Strong commercial judgement and an ability to connect individual funnel metrics to broader business outcomes. Experience in healthcare, subscription businesses or considered-purchase journeys is useful, but not essential. We're much more interested in how you approach customers, experimentation and growth. Why this role matters • Conversion is one of Juniper's biggest growth opportunities. • Our patient journey is fundamentally different from a simple ecommerce checkout. People are making a personal healthcare decision, often after spending significant time thinking about their health and weight. Building trust, communicating clearly and removing unnecessary friction all matter. • At the same time, Juniper is evolving beyond a single offering into a broader ecosystem of products and care. That means building new journeys, understanding new customer behaviours, and continuously improving how people discover and access the right care. • You'll have meaningful ownership of that problem, with the data to understand it, the creative and technical partners to execute against it, and the opportunity to directly influence how quickly Juniper grows. Why join Eucalyptus? Euc is also behind a growing family of digital healthcare clinics (Pilot, Kin, Software, Compound) across men’s health and well-being, fertility, skincare, and preventative health. Our Growth Story: • Supporting patients living with obesity across our 5 markets • Received selective NICE endorsement to provide services to the NHS • Tailored our offering to thousands of patients in Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan and Canada. About the Role We are looking for a CRM Manager to own the full patient lifecycle for Juniper, from initial lead capture and nurture through onboarding, engagement, retention, churn intervention and reactivation. Sitting within Product Growth, you will bring our CRM activity under one clear owner and build a data-driven lifecycle engine that determines which communication should reach which patient, at what time, and through which channel. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role for someone who can set the strategy, work directly in the CRM platform, turn patient data into meaningful segments, and run experiments that improve conversion, retention and lifetime value. You will partner closely with Analytics, Growth, Product, Copy and Design, with the opportunity to shape how the CRM function and team grow over time. What You Will Own • Own CRM across the complete patient lifecycle, including lead nurture, onboarding, early engagement, active treatment, retention, churn prevention, win-back and reactivation. • Audit and improve existing communications, ensuring patients receive a coordinated and relevant experience rather than disconnected messages from different teams. • Design, build and optimise always-on lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, push and in-app channels. • Develop segmentation strategies based on patient behaviour, lifecycle stage, condition, treatment journey, engagement, recency and churn reason. • Partner with Analytics to build our CRM decision-making engine, using patient and behavioural data to determine the most effective message, channel and timing for each cohort. • Build and maintain campaigns directly within our CRM platform, including triggers, branching logic, personalisation, exit conditions and measurement. • Create a structured experimentation playbook for CRM, translating opportunities into clear hypotheses, prioritised tests and measurable outcomes. • Establish holdouts and other measurement approaches that help us understand the incremental impact of CRM, not simply last-click attribution. • Own CRM reporting across funnel conversion, retention, reactivation and lifetime value, alongside channel health and deliverability. • Translate performance data into clear recommendations about what we should build, improve, scale or stop. • Lead cross-functional delivery by giving clear direction to Analytics, Copy, Design, Product and other partners involved in bringing lifecycle initiatives to life. • Maintain strong standards for contact frequency, consent, list health, deliverability and responsible communication in a healthcare environment. What We Are Looking For • At least five years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention or engagement marketing within a consumer-focused business. • Hands-on experience using a CRM or marketing automation platform such as Braze, Customer.io, Iterable, Klaviyo or a comparable tool. • Experience owning sophisticated lifecycle programs with multiple customer cohorts, products, journeys or behavioural states. • Strong segmentation instincts, with the ability to translate customer data and behavioural signals into meaningful, actionable audiences. • Confidence reading dashboards, diagnosing funnel drop-off, identifying opportunities and estimating their potential commercial impact. • A strong understanding of CRM best practice, including journey architecture, personalisation, experimentation, deliverability and contact governance. • Experience measuring CRM against business outcomes such as conversion, retention, churn, reactivation and lifetime value, rather than relying primarily on opens and clicks. • A practical experimentation mindset, including experience developing hypotheses, choosing success metrics and making decisions based on results. • The ability to move comfortably between strategic thinking and detailed execution. You can define the roadmap and then build the journey yourself. • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to create clarity across teams without relying on formal authority. • Excellent communication and judgement, including the ability to create relevant, empathetic experiences for patients navigating sensitive health journeys. • Comfort operating autonomously in a fast-moving environment where the foundations are still being built. How you can help make a better world of work We’re looking for a Staff Engineer to help build Culture Amp’s internal facing Agent Hub, the central technical capability for designing, shipping, and governing autonomous agents across the business. This is genuinely greenfield. You’ll help define the architecture, engineering patterns, operating model, and guardrails that make agentic systems useful, secure, observable, and safe to run in production. You’ll work across the wider business to turn ambiguous friction into practical solutions, while creating the platform and patterns that help teams build and operate AI-enabled workflows independently. As part of this team of amazing humans, You’ll be one of the founding members of a small high-ownership team building Culture Amp’s agentic capability from the ground up. The Hub works as a central enablement function: setting standards, building shared capabilities, and helping teams across the business move from experimentation to governed, production-ready agents and workflows. You’ll work closely with AI champions across the organisation. The team’s success depends on strong technical judgment, genuine collaboration, and a bias toward shipping solutions that create real value. You will • Play a lead role in setting the technical direction for the Agent Hub’s foundational capabilities, including agent execution, orchestration, MCP tools, identity, context and knowledge, evaluation, and operational visibility. • Design, build, and operate autonomous agents, workflows, and integrations for internal use cases — choosing thoughtfully between deterministic automation, simple tools, single agents, and multi-agent systems. • Build reusable MCP servers and tool patterns, including clear schemas, credential brokering, identity-aware access, per-call authorisation, and auditable interactions with systems of record. • Shape the knowledge and context layer that grounds agents in Culture Amp’s organisation-specific information, using appropriate combinations of document retrieval, vector search, knowledge graphs, registries, and semantic models. • Establish the engineering practices that move solutions from laptop-based experimentation to managed services: secure deployment, testing, evaluation, observability, cost awareness, reliability, and safe human escalation. • Partner with teams across the business to identify high-value problems, shape loosely defined opportunities, and deliver solutions that people actually adopt. • Apply and evolve Culture Amp’s agent registry, risk framework, and governance patterns so every deployed agent has clear ownership, purpose, authority, data access, and accountability. • Raise the capability of the wider function through coaching, architecture guidance, reusable patterns, documentation, and playbooks — enabling teams to move quickly within well-designed guardrails. You have • Strong backend engineering skills (ideally in TypeScript and/or Python), including APIs, testing, service design, and building production systems or integrations end to end. • Hands-on experience delivering and operating cloud-native solutions in AWS, with a strong understanding of security, identity, permissions, secrets, and reliability in production. • Practical experience with AI agents, Claude or similar tooling, MCP or comparable integration patterns, and orchestration across single-agent, multi-agent, workflow, and human-in-the-loop systems. • Working knowledge of agent platforms and runtime concerns such as tool permissions, identity propagation, session state, token and time budgets, retries, evaluation, tracing, cost attribution, and auditability. • Experience designing knowledge or memory architectures, including vector or graph-based retrieval, and the judgment to choose between build, buy, configure, workflow, and agentic approaches. • A track record of taking ambiguous, unscoped problems from discovery through to a shipped and governed solution, earning stakeholder influence through delivery. • The ability to define platform boundaries and self-service patterns so other teams can move independently without compromising security or operational quality. You are • Energised by building something from zero — you’d rather define the pattern than inherit one. • Comfortable holding ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete information, and iterating in the open rather than waiting for a perfect plan. • A systems thinker who can move between architecture, implementation, operations, and the human behaviours needed for adoption. • Pragmatic about hype: excited by autonomous agents, MCP, and knowledge graphs, but focused on what creates measurable value and can be operated safely at scale. • A generous, team-first collaborator who shares context freely, lifts the people around you, and treats the Hub’s success as more important than individual credit. We influence revenue growth across our Spend and issuing portfolio and collaborate with sales, strategy, product, and engineering teams to provide the best experience for our most valued customers. We are committed to empowering businesses with the tools they need to run high‑performing, compliant, and scalable spend programmes across APAC. What you’ll do As the Solutions Engineer for our Spend Team, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of complex Spend and corporate card implementations that bring our global spend management products to life for enterprise and high‑growth customers across APAC. Who you are We’re looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory. Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience. - 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project/program management, managing complex, multi‑stakeholder technology or financial services implementations. - 4+ years of client‑facing delivery or professional services experience in a high‑paced environment (e.g. SaaS, fintech, consulting, systems integration, enterprise implementation). - Proven track record of successfully delivering cross‑functional projects with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and job functions, including C‑level executives, technical teams, and operations. - Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, including the ability to lead steering meetings, write clear status updates, and influence decisions without direct authority. - Experience delivering ERP, accounting system, or expense platforms (e.g. Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, Xero) implementations and the associated data flows (GL, cost centres, entities, card feeds). Preferred qualifications: - Hands‑on experience working with or alongside integration engineers, solution architects, or technical program managers on API‑based integrations, including familiarity with common web, SSO, and ERP integration concepts. - Formal training or certification in project management or agile delivery (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master), and comfort setting up operating rhythms such as stand‑ups, steering committees, and executive readouts. - Experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts as part of a broader account team, including navigating commercial sensitivities while protecting delivery quality and scope. - Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, ambiguous environment, balancing structured methodologies with pragmatic decision‑making to keep complex projects moving forward.
